Unconscionable Citibank treatment of long term retail cutomers. NAB bought citibank retail business in Australia. I was a 20 customer of citibank. Got NAB cards and Cit cards and then citi website shuts with no access and still active cards. NAB will not support and citi has no contacts. Dreadful
I was a Citibank customer for roughly one year. I can confidently say they have the worst customer service and that’s when you can get through. Their online portal and app is something out of the Stone Age. Stay away at all costs. Ignore the fancy point system, it’s also extremely difficult to transfer any points.
