For some reason this place has come up on my 2025 credit report from 2021. No idea who they are or how they have my information! When I emailed them they stated my details weren't in their system yet told illion I was, to which illion have kept them on my credit report! I now have been blocked from replying to citigroup via email. Never in my life have I tried to take a loan out with any banks what so ever. I will be reporting citigroup to whoever I can!
Literally the worst company to ever exist, bait & switch advertising on priority pass unlimited, the worse technology with a horrible app, and customer service that is disgustingly vile. NEVER do business with this company.
I’m telling you Never use them it is absolutely nightmare to deal with them they don’t want issue the account closure letter even after paying off all balances! So if you need account closure letter from them you done! There is no office in Sydney neither Australia Nobody will help you nobody wants to! Such a disappointment I hope sooner they leave Australia
