I was a Citibank customer for roughly one year. I can confidently say they have the worst customer service and that’s when you can get through. Their online portal and app is something out of the Stone Age. Stay away at all costs. Ignore the fancy point system, it’s also extremely difficult to transfer any points.

Transdirect cancelled my order and issued a refund because I hadn't ticked a box. Really poor customer service, I was highly disappointed not to receive a phone call. I now go to the back of the queue, re-negotiate the horrendous online booking system, and my delivery is delayed yet again.
Agreed, during my decades of Citibank membership, I have experienced lots of processes flaws especially card Renewal. This year they promised delivery in 5 to 7 business days, which is inconsistent with other customers that were told 1 to 3 business days. It wasn’t delivered of-course so after waiting for 45 minutes I asked if it was delivered to the correct address, they said yes (by that they meant the address I gave them was the address they dispatched it to) I explained there’s a difference between actual delivery and as... read more
By far the worst bank in Australia. Just closed their citi app and online access. Can't speak to anyone and nothing works. Failed customers at all levels. Disgrace to the global name.
