Recent experience with Citi was terrible. In essence, I was promised an additional 4% dividend from retention specialist for 90 days. Now they are telling me I hit my dividend limit after telling me it was for all purchases for 90 days. Basically they will not pay what I have earned in dividends. Another company with incompetent employees at every turn. Go somewhere else, there are plenty of better options.
I want to thank you all for helping the animals abandoned by NYBC. Your compassion is so refreshing and a reason for myself and family to do business with you all. Thank you all again. May you all be forever blessed
