I would give negative star if I could see that they haven't paid the seller's morgage company. Kelly Roed completely ignored all communications.
We had used Cities Title for a commercial deal and they recorded the purchase incorrectly causing a major taxation issue. Kelly Roed ignores 90% of my emails and 100% of my calls and is unwilling to fix the error. It appears that there is some type of management split caused by Kelly being difficult to work with. Very unfortunate that we have been unable to solve this issue despite much time spent and patience given.
