I have not personally used this dentist for dental care but a senior friend of mine uses this dentist Dr Alwan and loves him.I wanted to write a review of the front office as they are exceptionally helpful and patient when helping seniors navigate dental insurance. The plans attached to medicare seem to change from year to year and hard to keep up with the changes and codes so this a very kind thing to do
Everyone at Citi Dental is professional at their various jobs. Dr. Alwan is extremely skilled and has given me excellent treatment with crowns and fillings. I've been going to this dental office for over 30 years and have never had a problem.
Great Dentist and staff. With that being said..... DO NOT get invisalign treatment here. Do yourself a big favor and see an orthodontist. You'll thank me later. I spent 5k on treatment and my bite is worse off than before and numerous issues speaking. It’s created numerous issues in my personal and professional life. I went in for an emergency, first off, they could see me in a half hour. Turned out I needed an emergency tooth extraction. Yea, without insurance, it was expensive, but everything is. The whole staff was so caring, professional but personal. On my follow up, the Dr. went out of his way to give me a recommendation for a Medical dentist he trusts. Great people across the board, I hope my future insurance allows me to have them as my dentist.
Dr Alwan was exceptional. Friendly and informative. He gives painless dental injections. He did a fantastic job on my tooth! Stephanie and the rest of the staff also earn 5 stars. You won’t regret going there!
