I called to check their schedule and confirm that they accepted my insurance. The lady who answered was rude and didn't behave like she wanted to schedule me for an appointment. CitiDental in Ozone Park is my family’s dental office. Everyone here is so friendly, and the hygienists and dentists are highly skilled. My kids actually enjoy seeing them, which I find interesting because I couldn’t stand going to the dentist when I was their age. That just speaks to how personable they are here.
Her expertise is on full display every time she works on my mouth. My most recent experience might’ve been the best one yet. I needed my tooth bonded quickly for a date. She saw me right away, got my tooth bonded, and we even shared a laugh or two about dating-related topics. It’s nice to have such a friendly and reliable dentist in my corner. I wish I could give more than five stars.
This is a very calming dental office. That’s important to me because I really don’t like going to the dentist, generally. But this dentist is very kind, and she’ll make sure I’m comfortable, which I really appreciate.
Love this dental clinic! It’s the reason my teeth and mouth are in great condition currently. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about it.
