I’m incredibly disappointed. I reached out privately to resolve this, but I have received no response. I really wanted to support this business, but the work was unacceptable. I’ve had my carpets professionally cleaned about 10 times, so I know what a quality job looks like. This was so rushed there weren’t even cleaning lines in the carpet, and my stairs are still filthy. Horrible experience, don’t waste your time. Company completely wasted time, horrible customer service, they never responded to appointments or text messages and then they’ll lie about your appointment.

Found on social media. I had my whole house cleaned 1 level. This company did an excellent job. Carpet looked brand new again. Service didn't take long at all. Great communication. I felt comfortable to leave my house and was notified when it was done. Oh yea next day service was a plus !!
