Nothing but good things to say about this Citi Branch. Satish Paul is an excellent banker and knowledgeable about the bank products and services.
The people at this bank are just terrible. They really drop the ball, don’t listen, and have generally bad customer service if you want even the most basic service outside of a normal transaction. Moreover, they are RUDE. They don’t seem to understand that they all work for and represent the same company. If I’m given erroneous information by a bank employee, the polite thing to do is to apologize for the mistake. Do they apologize when they make mistakes?
