The people at this bank are just terrible. They really drop the ball, don’t listen, and have generally bad customer service if you want even the most basic service outside of a normal transaction. Moreover, they are RUDE. They don’t seem to understand that they all work for and represent the same company. If I’m given erroneous information by a bank employee, the polite thing to do is to apologize for the mistake. Do they apologize when they make mistakes? I have Citi Gold Accounts. Got promo for higher interest rate on savings. The wrong rate was applied. Told them to fix it. The process took 15 days (10 business days) to correct the error. You would think to make adjustment on computers can be done in 1 to 2 days. Hardly appears gold service.
