I just had one of the most mind-blowingly frustrating experiences ever with Citibank. Their customer service is not only incompetent — it’s downright dangerous. They couldn’t even locate my account properly, yet they forcefully triggered their “verification system” without my consent. Before I even had a chance to fully explain my situation or confirm basic details, they unilaterally decided to lock my card.
