If Citibank is still in business in the next few years I would be surprised. The inefficiency in handling customers service request is unremarkable. Request after request for redundant information and the inability for Citibank to provide support in closing an account is unbelievable. Try to find a branch phone number to setup an in person meeting is nearly impossible.
Lied / sales people are misinformed about the bonus requirements ! You guys are terrible and made me waste time and money! Totally unacceptable and will not do any business anymore.
I had a great customer experience! Galina was my banker and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. I got good advice from her. My appointment was on time. They have good deals on new accounts and new credit cards.
Great customer service: Tellers, Hilary G., Ashley all are prompt and have a very pleasant attitude.
