I have had to make three calls to get a credit payment returned, after I mailed in a check and told it was not received, then made on on line payment to cover the balance due., on the same day they deposited my check when I was told it would be returned. After two weeks unable to get my money back. Both deposit have clear my account. Now Im told it could take 15 days. Time for a new credit card company.
This branch is horrible! I try my best not to have to go to this location.

We used this branch today to do some complex account management (removing a fund blocking, closing the account, transferring fund, adding name to account, etc) because of a pending issue which had occurred when we were in another state where there aren't any Citibank branches. One of the bankers, Mrs Ashley Nelson, helped us resolve the problem efficiently. Her patience and understanding our situation is greatly appreciated.
