I would give them a 0 star if I could but it required one star this is by far the worst bank you could possibly go to they hold your money then want to tell you it’s in their disclaimer the out of country people they hire you can’t even understand them no one is of any help and you can never get a hold of a real person. This is by far one of the worst banks I’ve ever banked with and will be closing my account with them! I do not recommend at all!!!!

I was reluctant to come to this location because of the reviews but it was the closest and so we decided to give it a try. I think the poor reviews are outdated. We had a great experience! The bank was bright and clean. Service was fast. We worked with a teller for a deposit, he was very polite and offered additional services. Then we worked with a banker, I think her name was Ashley. I have had to make three calls to get a credit payment returned, after I mailed in a check and told it was not received, then made on on line payment to cover the balance due., on the same day they deposited my check when I was told it would be returned. After two weeks unable to get my money back. Both deposit have clear my account. Now Im told it could take 15 days. Time for a new credit card company.
