Citi bank hands down is the worst place to go to. Customer service is horrible and the workers in the bank are useless. I ask for help and completely got ignore and they said call customer service and I have been on hold for over 35 minutes so I figure let's give them a review. No customer service at all.
Banked with them for years but very disappointed to hear how they harassed two friends of mine. Male friend is Caucasian and female is an older black woman. Guess who they made feel like ? I really want to go deeper but I believe lawyers are being called and if not they should!
If Citibank is still in business in the next few years I would be surprised. The inefficiency in handling customers service request is unremarkable. Request after request for redundant information and the inability for Citibank to provide support in closing an account is unbelievable. Try to find a branch phone number to setup an in person meeting is nearly impossible.
Lied / sales people are misinformed about the bonus requirements ! You guys are terrible and made me waste time and money! Totally unacceptable and will not do any business anymore.
