I was treated very badly when I went to cash a year old cashiers checks. The teller Ralph called a got the convermation that the 2 checks were good and did not want to cash them. Then ask me to wait until his manager was in to sign off on it or go to an other Citibank with a Manger that could be of help. I asked him to call over to the Citibank down the street and tell them I am coming for a mangers to sign off on the 2 checks and that they were cleared and give them the reference code.
