Awful, absolutely awful. I need a medallion signature so I called over to see if anyone was available to do it. Phone rings endlessly. I even tried the “general” Citibank line to connect me, and nobody responded to them either. On a previous attempt I got someone, who put me on hold for 30 minutes until the line disconnected. Avoid Citibank at all costs. They have frozen my account twice today after following instructions from their customer service (with English so bad that they are hard to understand) tobe sent in circles with their fraud dept for an issue that they caused. 2+ hours later I still have a locked account. All I needed was to send a payment via Zelle. Their customer service will not listen, will not help and will only use scripts.
