Let us start with customer service! The manager needs to hire somebody outside of family because this women has NO professional skills! Don't pay of front! Don't trust anything they say... This business has no integrity. Say anything to get paid, but don't do the work correctly! Messy scammers
Stay far away from this business!. They are thieves. Marc Thomasson and Jae Thomasson are the owners. They will take your "deposit" and never give you the products that you have ordered. They will never give you a refund either. Check out News 2 and Fox 8 Soon to see them featured. DO NOT GO HERE! Save your time, money, and sound mind! They do horrendous business and are the worst communicators I've ever seen in my life. I ordered an automatic starter from them 2 weeks before Christmas and still haven't gotten the job finished and here we are 2 weeks from March. Great people! Marc created a vision for my truck and its AMAZING! Jae kept me up to speed on the progress and i'm very satisfied. We will be doing business again with them. Yes it takes a while Marc is only one man but if you want it right the first time, he is well worth the wait!
I took my vehicle there for a custom job and was extremely happy at first with how quick the radio equipment came. As far as the rims and tires a totally different story. Now they hooked up the sound system but did not hide all the wires but did add a mute switch was awesome. The original rims that were ordered never came in so they gave me a different set of rims and tires. Really not sure about should I complain or be glad that I at least got some rims and tires! WARNING!!!! Do not go to Citi Tint!!!! I gave the owner the required deposit ($1000.00) for rims, tires, and lambo doors. After 3 months of lies, and deception, the owner calls me and tells me he cancelled the order and will refund my money. After 2 more months of lies, I had to take Cititint to court, where he claimed that there was no refund on deposits. I finally won the court case 2 months ago, and still have not received a dime back.
