Place is terrible file last year still haven’t for my taxes terrible

Waited forever, wasn’t really walked through the breakdowns of anything. Also filed me as single with two kids instead of head of household… called and asked about it and was told it wouldn’t have made a difference. Asked for a second opinion and it in fact would have made a difference.
