I got a wash here last week. I bought the $16 option, but it only gave me the $10 wash. The first sign something wasn't right was when I drove in and it didn't do the underspray to get rid of salt and dirt (the primary reason I was getting the wash). Sure enough, it only gave me the basic $10 service and skipped the other steps.
