Had a great experience this morning. Ms. York is excellent! Sure there may be a wait but it’s a bank in Brooklyn, there’s gonna be a wait
Not a single pen on every desk work (if any), you need to walk six blocks to get a money order to make a payment, and when you do, there will always be an issue waiting for you, go to bank of America or chase, citi bank is everything wrong in banking.
Unbelievable! This bank sucks! I'm so dissatisfied with this bank! Not only that, the Teller once put the money I wanted to put into my account put it into a wrong account (maybe hers), and it took me more than 3 months to get it back, now I wanted to do a transaction which failed 3 times due to insufficient funds but the funds where there. I'm wondering what's going on. This bank sucks!!!
Waiting over 30 minutes and counting on the teller line. Started off with 2 tellers, it's now only one. I would never set foot in here but I needed to a favor for my cousin. This is a high traffic area at a busy time of day. Having worked in banking, it's disappointing to see the poor level of customer service. This a branch management issue. The few workers are helpful but too little staff to meet the demands
