Unbelievable! This bank sucks! I'm so dissatisfied with this bank! Not only that, the Teller once put the money I wanted to put into my account put it into a wrong account (maybe hers), and it took me more than 3 months to get it back, now I wanted to do a transaction which failed 3 times due to insufficient funds but the funds where there. I had a very poor experience at the Citibank branch on Flatbush Avenue and Church Avenue in Brooklyn on March 2nd, 2026. I was there to close a CD and transfer the funds to my Saving Account, which I did many times. The Female Teller who initially assisted me was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. She requested unnecessary documents that I never had to produce before.
