I come here every day. The entrance machine malfunctions at least once a week, so you have to call the helpline while everyone is honking behind you. The kid who answers tells you to back up, not realizing there's half a dozen cars now stuck behind you in the lane. Can we get this fixed please?
Spent an HOUR trying to get out of the parking lot. Machine wouldn't take my card, and when someone else tried to help it said the ticket wasn't valid. Nobody was answering the Help button on the machine. Had library and security staff trying to find or contact anyone from parking. Finally managed to contact a parking attendant after an hour of pressing the Help button. Was he asleep? Absolutely disgusted.
