Worst customer service experience even prior coming over and finding out the service! I was accused and was rudely questioning my ability to find out the location and prices. Unbelievable, I've never experienced that in my life. The person over the phone (man's voice)was so frustrated and couldn't understand English at all, but accusing me in calling in. Thank God, I didn't even go that spa! P.S I couldn't post it without checking 1 star.

Completely disappointed and NOT RECOMMENDED to come here. I have spoke to the owner asking for fixing one nail. And they waved me away and told me to go buy at CVS. Completely no empathy for customer service.
I had a wonderful experience at this nail spa! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They paid great attention to detail, and my nails turned out perfect neat, beautiful, and exactly how I wanted them. You can really tell they care about providing high-quality service and making sure every customer leaves happy. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a top-notch nail salon with excellent service!
