Online and door says walk ins welcome. Walked in on Saturday, no cars in parking lot and only two patrons in the salon. Was told I'd have to come back, then was asked if I could go home and come back in 30 minutes. Explained I'd driven 30 minutes to get here. The two employees spoke for a moment, then told come back in one hour. All of this after explaining I'd driven almost 30 minutes to get here. Very poor first impression

I was so hopeful after reading the reviews here, but I left in tears. Several fingers are cut and very sore. Shape is awful and I will have to correct it myself. My nail ends were filed after the gel was put on and cooked under the light, leaving raw edges that will damage easily, I'm sure. They argued with everything I said. Running around with no organization while two others were in back not helping the busy front. These nails have lasted since the end of May till now none of them even lifted or anything they are absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough about citi nail

Very beautiful nails, my mom, sister and I got our nails done here. Usually I have always had an issue with my French tips but at this salon I have no complaints; nice application and beautiful finish.
