I've been going to Dr. Pohn for over 13 years now and won't go anywhere else. Sure, sometimes the wait time is longer than preferred but Dr. Pohn is not one of those doctors that will throw an antibiotic at you and send you on your way. He listens. He cares. He chooses what treatment is best for YOU. If you're that worried about wait times then go somewhere else where you won't get a personable experience and the doctor knows nothing about you. I will sit here, because Dr. Pohn is worth the wait.

I dont have that much good to say about this place. I understand that being short a doctor will put extra waiting time to see patients but 3 hours is ridiculous. If you are the only doctor at the clinic, you should not be stopping in between patients to talk to drug reps and hear them out. A nice "if you could come back on a day when we our full staffed that would be great" would be better! Dr. Phon is a great doctor however his staff can cause a bad reputation for his clinic. They are rude and have problems listening. They are condescending and treat patients that speak little English as inferior and trivial.

3+ hour wait with ZERO notice from the somewhat person working the front desk. I walked in at 1:35 pm to a full house. While a First Come, First Served (supposedly) Facility - many people went in after I and others had waited 1-2 hours and them maybe 15-30 minutes. The sign on the desk alludes to some of that, but how do they know who is seeing or not seeing the doctor. Finally at the 3 hour mark I was taken to my treatment room to wait another 45 minutes for the doctor to show up. He was just 2 minutes early from a walk-out... read more

I have been visiting Dr. Pohn and his staff for several years now. The first come first served nature of the clinic can sometime result in a long wait. I have been to the clinic at times when the wait is very short. Dr. Pohn is very friendly and thorough, he hires Nurse Practitioners and PA's that are very good as well. Most of the nurses seem to be in training or new, but that does not diminish the care. The office staff is efficient and friendly.
