Literally the worst company to ever exist, bait & switch advertising over priority pass unlimited, the worse technology with a horrible app, and customer service that is disgustingly vile. NEVER do business with this company.
Over the many years of being a Citibank customer, I have recently noted a significant decline in customer service, support, and ethics. In recent weeks, I have experience Citibank representatives unable to take accurate information resulting in extensive delays for a replacement card. In fact, it never showed up because the representative could not record a residential address accurately.
