Disgraceful conduct. Citibank replaced my previous Signature card, with a Premier card on the basis that they would keep the fees the same. They did not keep the agreement and just doubled my annual fee, despite being a customer for 24 years and a shareholder in NAB who operates Citibank card. After the royal commission into banking, you would think they would honor agreements with their customers. No. too greedy, in relentless pursuit of profits. Literally the worst company to ever exist, bait & switch advertising over priority pass unlimited, the worse technology with a horrible app, and customer service that is disgustingly vile. NEVER do business with this company.
Over the many years of being a Citibank customer, I have recently noted a significant decline in customer service, support, and ethics. In recent weeks, I have experience Citibank representatives unable to take accurate information resulting in extensive delays for a replacement card. In fact, it never showed up because the representative could not record a residential address accurately.
