I was depositing cash into my bank account, everything went smoothly till this guy approached me begging me to deposit his check into MY account and give him cash... I refused and he called me racist because I didn't want to risk getting scammed and he wouldn't let me go and grabbed my arm The employees there don't bother caring and watched this happened
Very unsafe. Homeless roaming inside at night. People opening the door for us and asking for money in the day in front of everyone working there. At times there'll be a security guard but seems they only do that for a while to shut up people like me that complains and then security personnel is gone.
O mg, I was open a new account, and I'm called the customer services. He told me the account is blocked
This location sucks. Panhandlers are always standing by the door. After they installed the ramp, there is only 1 exit, which is annoying.
En 1 mes me bloquearon la cuenta 2 veces y me pedían que espere una carta de confirmación eso demora 7 a 10 días perdi clientes y dinero por no poder trabajar no me llego ninguna notificación por correo ni teléfono cuando llame 2 horas en línea y me cerraban las llamadas no recomiendo
