Went there on 8/29/2025 Went to the front desk and informed them I wanted to do a POD or TOD and the receptionist stated they don't do that at this bank. Also went to speak to her manager and her manager said no they don't do this. **My issue is staff doesn't know what the bank does or offers. Staff is very basic. Citibank website states they do this. I was depositing cash into my bank account, everything went smoothly till this guy approached me begging me to deposit his check into MY account and give him cash... I refused and he called me racist because I didn't want to risk getting scammed and he wouldn't let me go and grabbed my arm The employees there don't bother caring and watched this happened
