Worst bank in America
If I could give zero stars I would as I wasn’t even a customer at this branch. My husband pulled over to order an uber for me we were parked on the corner outside of the bank. The parking lot has two exits/entry ways. Yet the branch manager goes up to my husband’s driver side window to yell at him to move his vehicle. There’s a way of speaking to people and obviously this branch manager has zero respect for anyone feeling entitled because of her “branch manager title”. I went to this bank in hopes of setting up an account, I was helped by Jerry Fung, he was very professional and answered any and all questions I had. He even followed up 2xs after the account had been set up to ensure that I had no issues and everything was to my liking. If you are thinking about going to the bank I would recommend making an appointment and dealing with Mr. Fung.

The parking lot door doesn’t open when I wave my hand. Furthermore, the door to the ATMS in the front doesn’t open with the card on the first try. I keep swiping and my card is in the proper position yet the door is not opening. I think it takes a few tries but it should work immediately. I would also consider implementing a hand sanitizer dispenser in the ATM room.
