The parking lot door doesn’t open when I wave my hand. Furthermore, the door to the ATMS in the front doesn’t open with the card on the first try. I keep swiping and my card is in the proper position yet the door is not opening. I think it takes a few tries but it should work immediately. I would also consider implementing a hand sanitizer dispenser in the ATM room.
I don't know why this place has low reviews. I didn't get through by calling initially and I resigned myself to having to go in person, but soon after I started getting ready to head out, someone from the bank called me and said they saw a call from this number and no message and had no further contact with the bank, so they called me back. Horrible manner Mr Adrian Yang! I only asked to take out some cash nicely, and waited forever in line for one person infront of me, and it took you 20 min to process a few hundred dollar. You repeated rudely, “I need my supervisor approval”, when I didn’t say anything to begin with! What’s wrong with you? If you don’t want to work in a bank as a teller then don’t bother work here. Go work somewhere where your attitude can be accommodated and please grow some manner. It’s a bank, not a fast food place
Get a parking attendance! People are using your lot as free parking. Horrible for customers!
