Being such a big bank, its surprising how much their service is lacking. I only have a credit card with them and there were 2 fraudulent charges on my cc that they were unable to intercept..really? In this day and age with tech, you would think the security standards would be sky high. Never a problem with my other ccs with banks that are less known. Did I also mention they do not accept cash as an option to pay for cc.
Terrible service. Had to wait over hour and half and leave for something that needed 5 mins of service. No sense of urgency.
I had a great experience working with Jerry Fung, the banker. Even though the branch was very busy, Jerry remained professional, patient, and extremely efficient. He handled my request quickly while still taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood my options. Great experience at the Citi Bayside branch. Adrian were professional, patient, and very welcoming. He took the time to answer all my questions and clearly explain my options. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated the level of care and attention. Highly recommend this branch.
