I had a disappointing experience at the Barranca Citi Bank branch due to unhelpful and irresponsible service. However, my experience at the Alton branch was completely different. Joey Zhou was extremely professional, helpful, and reliable. She restored my confidence in Citi Bank with her excellent service.

AVOID THIS BANK AND THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! I recently experienced a nightmare at this bank. I deposited cash into their ATM, only for it to swallow all my money without a trace. When I sought help inside the branch, I was met with a rude employee who clearly had no intention of assisting me. Her dismissive attitude suggested I simply file a claim, as if that was enough to rectify their mistake.
