I recently had a situation where my mothers account was hacked and unauthorized wire transfers were made. The fraud department is horrible and I was not able to get through to anyone to help me resolve this situation However the branch manager of this branch Jalpa Patel sat with me for three hours and managed to get my case underway and start the recovery process. Terrible Bank manager, I tried to report a fraudulent account at their branch and the branch manager Jalpa Patel was being rude and trying to doubt me asking me how does it matter to me. I think she is running scams from the bank.
Hi my name Johnnie Binion I visited the branch in Lombard today afther speaking with several rude people over phone the branch manager Jalpa Patel was very polite nice and considerate she called and got my situation resolved with the bank I rate her ten out of 10 because she put my concern to work and she went above to get it resolved Ty you so much
TERRIBLE BANK! Never bank with city! My account was closed for absolutely no reason. A few weeks ago I deposited a check into my account; few days later they told me my account would be closed and I would receive a check in the mail within 30-60 days.
