I had credit card problem more than 1 week and I went to branch manager she help me out I'm thankful for her affect even lunch time she was with me and solved my problem ones again thank you for all your help 🙏
If I could give zero stars,I would. Worst Bank ever! Citi should close this branch down.Look at all of the poor reviews.2.7rating. CITI LOMBARD HAS THE LOWEST RATING OF ANY BANK IN THE AREA! Nearby Old Second Bank has a 4.8 rating. Manager Jalpa Patel and Personal Banker Raluca Orasanu won't admit to their mistakes and carelessness.They are costing me a lot of money! Don't Bank here you will be sorry!
This is my second review here because I have visited this Citibank branch twice for different occasions to work with Ms Raluca for whom I travel for 35 minutes from Naperville. She is the best banker ever both for her professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this Citibank Lombard for Ms Raluca and the manager Ms Jaba. They will direct you to the best solution to your best interest. Please take my words and pay a visit before going to any other bank or branch.
Janet Spain provided me a great service today. I really appreciate her. She's knowledgeable, helpful and very welcoming. Also thanks to the manager Patel.
