Terrible service, I had to wait an hour to receive service from one the bankers that sit on the floor. They were extremely slow!!!
Very bad customer service and attitude. I just draw some money from there asking for the envelopes to older women with a glass eye glass. She said I only have three. But asking for only one more. she said I only have three. she don’t want to give to me. then I asked to the other guy next to her he gave to me one. I am with City Bank over 30 years. Yeah, go to more business with this kind of attitude gas service. I can tell by the review now.
I’ve been with Citibank for over 30 years and I am extremely disappointed with Citibank’s handling of my account closure. This was my only bank account where my paycheck and insurance payments are directly deposited. I was informed I would receive a letter explaining the reason for closure within 30 to 60 days, but in the meantime, I have had no access to my funds or clear communication from Citibank.
