This citi branch is quite good. The branch manager Vivian can speak Chinese and is really helpful as well. I had a great experience here.

Returning to explore savings account and CD. Appreciate Vivian Yan and Nikolas Tentomas for explaining deals to me so I can clearly understand and find the right product for me quickly. The staff at the counter are friendly and efficient as well. Will come again next time!

I have considered opening an account with Citi but I don’t know what kind of account suits me. There are so many choices and I had an appointment to figure out. I was very surprised with the kindness from the workers. Even though it takes me around 30 mins to finish, Vivian helped me throughout the process. She explained each item carefully with an understandable way, and helped me figure out a more customized account for me. I really appreciate her and others who have helped me.

I had a great experience at this bank branch. The young lady there I believe who is the branch manager is incredibly friendly and go out of her way to make me feel welcomed. She handles my transactions efficiently and ensure that everything is done quickly and accurately. It’s refreshing to see such a high level of professionalism paired with excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

I was opening my first credit card at Citi and was completely new to the bank. I wasn’t sure which type of credit card I could apply for or which one would be the best fit for me. While I was sitting in the waiting area, feeling a bit lost, an enthusiastic employee named Vivian came over to help. She was so warm and thoughtful, patiently addressing all my questions and concerns about Citi’s credit cards. Her kindness and dedication left a lasting impression. Citi Bank's service is excellent!
