I came in this branch to ask about a car loan. The manager there explained how everything works, alternatives, and more than i had imagined.
My parents have a safety deposit box at this location they opened decades ago. We have been trying to close it for over a month, and have called, gone into the branch 3 times, and still no one is following through on helping us. My dad is 89, and this is just horrible customer service and they just don't care. When they sent a notice about the invoice, there's no person to contact, no phone number to reach, and I'm now here online to see if there's a human reading this who might have the decency to respond. Let's see....
I recently visited the Citibank branch on 7501 3ave, Bayridge to order foreign currency, a process that typically requires a two-day waiting period. After obtaining my verifed bank number from my citigold care manager, then i approached teller named, Sherin Abdelgawad, to place my order, presenting my driver's license as identification and accounts information.
