Terrible experience at this Citibank branch. I arrived around 1:15 PM on a Saturday, knowing the branch closes at 2 PM. When I walked in, I asked the teller who I should speak with regarding my issue and was directed to the personal banker at the front. I was told to wait until he finished helping the client ahead of me. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was finally approached by a man named Fredrique who appeared to be the branch manager. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Their ATM only gives 100 dollar bills and they refuse to exchange it for 20s at the teller. Never heard of such a thing before. Avoid Citibank
New to Citi bank. I walked in and walked to a clerk, she did not acknowledge me as she talked candidly on speaker phone. She looked over at a clerk on the opposite end…fine. I walk up to her and explain I need to do a withdrawal and my pin isn’t working on ATM. I already called the customer service line. She says “you can’t make a withdrawal with a credit card” I said yes I can it’s called a credit line withdrawal and they told me to come to a clerk and show my ID.
