Daisy Cagina (personal banker) seems to have an attitude problem. Puts you on hold mid-sentence. Doesn't attempt to try and help or answer questions. Promises to call you back, but never does.
We had a very unpleasant experience with an unprofessional banker named Bing. She was extremely rude to us, and didn’t even end up resolving the account issue. I think she’s just condescending towards Asian customers that she’s supposed to help out. Citibank needs to look into how these type of abusive behavior towards paying customers are even allowed in their organization.
I have been atanding in line for 30 minutes and I don’t feel alnoledged
Manager Karen helped me with an uncommon ATM issue where it took my money. Always stressful, but she was friendly, caring, and competent. Thank you!
