Ms. Teresa Hollingsworth was so professional from the door. Explained everything step by step. Sincere and very punctual on what my process was. Thank you so much. Worst experience they don’t know how to Talk with their customers. Just one counter is open and the line is too big and waiting tym too long. Even they don’t have restrooms for their customers. I would never go to this branch of Citi bank ever and suggest everyone not to visit their Citi bank in rochdale village ever.
Wait time for administrative staff is unbelievably long. Outrageous!
