Visited the branch to make a transaction and was not welcomed in a friendy way. Barbara the teller was rude and had a overly blunt interaction. It is unacceptable to receive rude or hostile service, especially when banking, as staff should maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
I went for the first time to this city bank and the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, they taught us so good.The motive for my visit was for a personal loan and Jerelmy and Jenny helped us to get what I came for. Without there advice and help i wouldn’t have gotten the loan. thank you so much.
Absolutely horrible why is tapping your card an option if it doesn’t work? I literally left the comfort of my home to walk through the blistering cold just to not be able to deposit money into my account. I came all this way for absolutely no reason at all.
