Went to withdraw cash at the teller and they closed my account. Called the fraud department and was told the branch froze and closed it. The branch denied they did it. Don't go there.

This bank is horrible! They got your money and never letting you withdraw they change your phone number and say you can’t pass security code check then hang up and they don’t have branches in other cities asking you drive 1300 miles to their branch!

ES INCREIBLE COMO LLEGAS A ESTE BANCO Y NADIE TE DICE NADA, TENIA UNA CITA A LAS 1 PM , PREGUNTE Y SEGUN ESTABAN ATRAZADOS, LUEGO QUE ATENDIERA AL QUE ESTABA PASO A OTRA PERSONA Y YO AUN ESPERANDO YA ERAN LAS 1:40 PM, VERDADERAMENTE UN DESASTRE ESTA SUCURSAL, NO EN GENERAL, PERDIDA DE TIEMPO.

No merecen ni una estrella es un banco que cometer fraude con sus clientes hice un deposito a mi tarjeta de crédito el cual se reflejo al dia siguiente del pago yo confiada despues de 3 semanas que estuve checando mi cuenta en linea y seguia igual desido hacer compras por el monto que tenia libre y casi 1 mes después se les antoja volver a colocar los 2mil dólares en mi cuenta adeudandola aun más de lo yo tengo de crédito nunca me notificaron ni por correo ni por mensaje tampoco lo retiraron de mi banca en línea para mi esto... read more
