Subject: Absolutely unacceptable experience with Citi Bank. My wife opened a Citi Priority Checking Account in November 2021. After activating the debit card, we transferred $50,000 from another bank. The amount initially showed as pending, but within 2–3 days the entire account was suddenly blocked without any explanation. Since then, Citi Customer Service has been completely unhelpful.
