Citi bank are thieves locked my account for fake fraud and I'm still waiting to get my money never go here ever
All ATMs down since two days ago. ATM areas always stink at night. People sleeping and behaving crazy in the bank when it closes. Customers scared that they might get hurt. Went again today ATMs still down. Ridiculous.
Very knowledgeable and helpful team they have
Last night, January 7th at approximately 5:45pm, i was using the ATM at this location. The elderly gentleman at the machine next to me needed assistance. There were 2 employees leaving the branch at the same time, he reached out to them for assistance. Both employees went about their business and totally ignored the customer. This broke my heart because it was an older gentleman. While I understand, their shift was over, it wouldn't have taken much of them to simply assist him rather than blatantly ignore him.
