If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Melissa at the Whitestone branch was incredible. Her patience, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. She took the time to ensure everything was clear and in order, providing exceptional service with a great attitude. It was truly a pleasure to be helped by someone so professional and dedicated. Thank you, Melissa, for making everything easier and for your outstanding service!
Incompetent LIARS! Left me stranded without a working online debit card account for over a week. Lied about expediting the card. Gave me a customer service number that was an endless hamster wheel of voice prompts that never got you to an actual person. Went back to the branch only to be told, "oh, looks like it wasn't expedited afterwards." WHY COULDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT ON THE PHONE BEFORE I HAD TO TAKE TIME OUT OF MY WORKDAY TO COME DOWN THERE?!???!!
They replaced ATM machines that were fully functional with ones that take longer and have many design flaws. Not to mention when you walk upstairs you are seen yet you stand there for 10 minutes without acknowledgement. The place is filthy go to bell Blvd. if you need help... My worst review on Google by far.
The staff is very professional and works very hard to be accommodating to all my requests. This branch is a pleasure to work with. Thank you.
