Very quiet and nice bank I really enjoy going there.
Citibank in Whitestone is the best. All tellers are great, especially Edward
Awful Nightmare! Very slow service and honestly the worst banking experience. Simple transactions take over 30 minutes, which is hard to understand. This branch seriously needs to improve its efficiency.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Melissa at the Whitestone branch was incredible. Her patience, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. She took the time to ensure everything was clear and in order, providing exceptional service with a great attitude. It was truly a pleasure to be helped by someone so professional and dedicated.
