SENIORS BEWARE! I was a Gold Member of this branch. A large CD Expired. I came in at 2pm and the Customer Service agent booths were empty. I approached the Manager. I told him I would like to renew my CD and withdraw a little money for my bills. He told me to stand on a long line, but wait for a certain teller, because not all could do that transaction. We registered in the waiting room for assistance, a while later, a friendly lady (maybe a supervisor) showed up and pretty quickly she found a very professional gentleman named Sami Elfarah to help us. The ATM area is not safe. At 5pm there was a homeless guy working the door and another derelict drinking out of a open bottle of Vodka
