They do not answer their listed phone number. I tried for weeks with no response. Had to contact Citi at highest level to get them to call me.
Very respectful and efficient. My issue needed some extra attention and Jaqueline Vargas was diligent and thorough. Problem solved.
My mom and I have been to this place and that the people there were nice, friendly and helpful.
Ridiculous long line today, and one bank representative arrogant and officious as she forgot that these poor people on line are her customers. Tellers seemed overworked… Citibank, really? You’re angry that your customers feel like they don’t matter? Do they?
Incompetent staff and long wait each time when you need help outside of teller service. Very frustrated with Citibank. Chase is much better in customer service, efficiency and staff training/competence!!
