Super bad experience in waiting to get the safety box, came yesterday but told that cannot service. Today wait for 45 min but the staff refused to take me down together w another lady who came after me! The service is here absolutely terrible!! Done in 1 min but wait for almost an hour. I am so tempted to close the account n move somewhere else! 1/28/25 the phone system to the banker never works, if you emailed, you don't get responses, Citibank support services is poor!
Such a feeling is formed that here just came to this bank and just sit here wasting your time I've already sat here for an hour and no employee has not approached me and did not ask what can help I think
01/13/2025 - We visited this specific Citibank branch (71st Ave & Austin Street) in Forest Hills, NY today to open a CD account and everything went very well. We registered in the waiting room for assistance, a while later, a friendly lady (maybe a supervisor) showed up and pretty quickly she found a very professional gentleman named Sami Elfarah to help us.
