Someone stole my bank card in the mail and came to the Jackson heights Citibank and withdrew money from the bank Teller!!! And they changed my bank password and pin! How can the bank teller not double check the actual identity of the person?!? This is not acceptable! They should ask security questions and double check the photo!!! I am so disappointed at the staff in Citibank Jackson heights.
Very long wait time at this Citi branch. It appeared that only two staff members were handling many customers at once, which made the process slow and frustrating. The branch definitely needs more staff members during busy hours to improve customer service and reduce waiting time.
This place allows your EBT to get stolen. I check to see if I received my cash assistance and it shows the moment it dropped in my account someone else was able to pull my money from this bank with no id. I am pursuing Legal actions against this bank for skimming
