Only person is working. I need to wait for 2hours.
ATM issue: I tried to withdraw money, but I needed specific bills which this atm didn't give me option to select (but it has different ones). So I cancelled transaction, got my card back, to see that I got charged that amount and it was posted. They couldn't help to retrieve this money back.

There are always homeless people sleeping in the bank so the only time you can use the bank is when they have "security" which usually consists of an elderly woman. Today, a homeless person literally was inside blocking the entrance. I tried contacting Citibank but after 3 tries (two of which apparently were in the Philippines (they told me contact the branch?!
