Had a Very Pleasant Experience with Wbaldo Robles WELL Spoken Bank Supervisor, Who handled all my Banking issues. Also the Branch Manger Sharon Was Very helpful and Pleasant as well I love This Citi Bank Branch in Rockaway Park. Handicapped Accessible and Great Environment.
CITI IS THE WORST BANK EVER

I do not have a CITI banking account and won't ever after this experience. One of the worst banking experiences I have had in a long time took place on Friday 12/06/2024 around 4pm. I was rushing and needed cash so I stopped at this location to get some money out of the ATM machine since its hard to park near my normal bank not to far from here. Went inside withdrew money from the ATM machine $140.00. The ATM machine gives me an old one hundred dollar bill note from 1988 and two twenty dollar bills. I then proceed to go the ... read more
