I really dont even want to give half star to this citi branch. We me and wife deposited and open 2 different account week later both account got locked, say there something wrong with my check . My check was from other bank how could something be wrong with it . They keep pushing problem around . One time I went to the branch ask for help , lady said ya I know what you for . Today, I tried opening a new account with Citi. I’ve been a customer with this branch for over ten years and I have never had to deal with such a rude banker until today. Your banker named Emily S was the rudest financial representative I have ever had to deal with and it was hard to understand what she was saying as she kept interrupting my questions. I will submit my feedback to your corporate office.
It use to be the best Citibank brunch now yu need a translator to do your banking business
Probably one of the best service I have recieved from a bank in years. They really went above and beyond to help me organize all my accounts in one visit. They communicated clearly and in detail the promotions they had and how we can improve our banking with them. I have 5 accounts and they worked past closing on a friday to help me organize it all. I really appreciate it. Big thanks to Ken and Yoko.
