I went to the bank today and closed my account. The bank doesn't seem to realize how serious the problem is. Plus, the reputation of Citibank is so bad.
I've been using this bank for five years, but they closed my account. Just like the person below, I agree with their explanation. This highlights the seriousness of the bank's problem. I will no longer use this bank. My entire family has requested that their accounts be closed, and I will be closing all of them this week.
I've had a Citibank account for about a year and a half, and now they're suddenly closing it. Does this make sense? I'm sorry I ever tried to do business w/this bank I open an account w/Belinda in this branch she took 1 month to open this account that was intended to be a payroll account Not only she took for ever when she finally opened she sent the documentation to the wrong address even do i warned her to my factory and mailing address where different So when I complaint the bank decided to close my accounts personal and business This action really complicated my personal and business activities and responsibilities When I open the acc... read more
