I have to say that their service attitude is very poor.
I had a great experience at this Citibank branch. Kitty So was extremely helpful, professional, and patient in assisting me with my banking needs. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of smoothly. Highly recommend this branch and their excellent customer service. However for those who left negative reviews, perhaps reconsider your own attitude before judging the staff here.
The worst customer service
The staff here are so friendly and professional. I asked for a rather odd request and they delivered without even questioning it. Would recommend.
