This bank scams people out of money. I made two separate deposits, and both times they claimed I was short $100—specifically, five $20 bills were missing each time. When I called customer service, they asked, "Why didn't our employee use a bill counter before putting the money into the machine?" I told them, "Shouldn't you be asking your own company that question?" I said I wouldn't make the deposit since they clearly miscounted, but they refused to return the cash, telling me to wait until after their shift ended. Later, th... read more
Always no response
My mom and I have been to this bank many years ago and that my mom used the atm machine to make a deposit or withdraw money. There were people coming in and out and that sometimes there is a line. The people that were in there was nice, friendly and helpful.
