I would like to leave a review for the staff at this location, specifically the branch manager, Denise A. Jordan, and banker, Krisling Joseph. I've worked with these two multiple times and was met with the upmost kindest everytime I've visited, as well as was able to resolve my concerns such as opening up bank accounts for my two daughters last year.
My interaction with Kris was really beautiful and professional. Kris was very polite and had a nice attitude. I would recommend.
Citibank, is not a good bank , I have been waiting for a new card since December first , never received it, all they do is Lie.
Went to the atm and it took my money now they given me a hard time to get it back don’t recommend for anyone
