I don’t get it. I am still here waiting, waiting, waiting, almost an hour now. 2 cubicles open and they seem to have a hard time to figure out something impossible.
Shabina is the only good thing about this branch, if you're there in person. Getting a hold of someone at the branch to talk to over the phone is impossible. Your money and tax dollars hard at work. Shameful.
This branch does differently from other Citibanks in Jackson Heights, Woodside and other branches in the area. Manager and the staff need to learn. I will not visit to this branch again.
