I visited the Citi Bank branch at Court Square intending to fully close my account due to my frustration with some of Citi's procedures and systems. The process often felt time-consuming, especially when waiting for mailed verification documents and other requirements. However, my experience at this branch completely changed my perspective. Once charged me gold membership check fee without saying anything right in front of me. It always takes very long. They called to leave a voice mail like something urgent happened. Then when I called back, manager, branch, rep nobody answers the phone.
The worst experience ever. Stuff super rude, completely ignorant and pretentious. Especially the stuff named Gina. Avoid as much as possible.
Clifford was able to assist me with helping me get my credit card fees waived unlike the multiple representatives that I attempted to talk to via call and on the app that didn’t allow me to waive the fees. I really appreciate Clifford’s assistance especially now that the holidays are coming and we’re in a horrible recession.
