Clifford was able to assist me with helping me get my credit card fees waived unlike the multiple representatives that I attempted to talk to via call and on the app that didn’t allow me to waive the fees. I really appreciate Clifford’s assistance especially now that the holidays are coming and we’re in a horrible recession.

Disappointed customer service. They charged me gold membership check fee without saying anything right in front of me. It always takes very long. They called to leave a voice mail like something urgent happened. Then when I called back, manager, branch, rep nobody answers the phone. I am closing this account. :(
