Citi bank has gone down hill so much they're below sea level . Understaffed . No one seems to be aware of what's going on . Simple excuse of ," oh we have to wait for the automated system " this is why Crypto will eventually replace banks
They locked me in a CD for 9 months and set up an account to put the profits from those CDs into my savings. The profit never was deposited into my account and I was threatened with fees if I closed it. This bank should be avoided at all costs.
Citibank sucks, they won’t help you at all, a waste of space, the staff aren't helpful or even friendly I wouldn’t come here, go somewhere else truly.
Thin never answer when you call
This Citibank branch gave my family the best bank experience of our life. My brothers and sisters and I were left holding a check that needed to be deposited into a new account..Like a whirlwind, we flew into this branch with a hundred questions,, requests confusion and excitement. We were introduced Banker Pedro Nino who made an appointment for us, took us in and and graciously handled our situation.
