So I just move to Costa Mesa and wanted to move my bank up closer to me. Not that I don't like my bank it's just I got to drive 20 to 30 minutes just to get to my bank. I was at Home Depot next to the Citibank and when I came out I went in to see if I could get quarters because I'm waiting for my washer and dryer to be delivered. Citi bank has gone down hill so much they're below sea level . Understaffed . No one seems to be aware of what's going on . Simple excuse of ," oh we have to wait for the automated system " this is why Crypto will eventually replace banks
They locked me in a CD for 9 months and set up an account to put the profits from those CDs into my savings. The profit never was deposited into my account and I was threatened with fees if I closed it. This bank should be avoided at all costs.
