All of the employees at this location are super friendly and accommodating. I worked directly with Cristian Ramos and he set up a personal checking account along with a savings account and lastly expedited a business account as well. When into this branch to resolve a problem I had with online payments from my CITI checking to my credit card. I worked with Cristian R. Overall, the experience was great as he was able to quickly and efficiently resolve my problem proposing great solutions that I had no idea about. Simply amazing!
I wish they had more branches out of state
This branch is so wonderful. We’ve had the best customer care of any bank I’ve ever been to every time we’ve come in!! Particularly want to shout out Chris for all of his support in setting up a new joint account for my husband and I and for making the process enjoyable and seamless.
