Disappointed with the service here. Long wait times, staff seemed overwhelmed and not very helpful. Tried to get a simple issue resolved but left more confused than when I walked in. Definitely not the experience I expect from a major bank
They need more customer service staff to assist too much wait time atleast 1 hr wait time whenever you visit the branch
Terrible management,absolutely incompetent.
