Walked in today to the wonderful experience of two unhoused men drinking vodka, on the floor, in the vestibule. Trash left on the floor by the ATM and zero acknowledgement by the staff. I have banked here for 30 years and am shocked by by how little regard is made for the customers. Truly laughable.
Homeless shelter , the stanch is horrible
I see the previous review below from 7 months ago and can state that nothing has been done! The bank is unsanitary and should be shut down by the health department! I walked into the bank at 3 PM on a Friday afternoon and nearly vomited from the smell. I thought the smell was cat urine. Upon exiting the bank again, again in the front room where the ATM machines are, I nearly vomited.
