Why does no one ever answer the phone????????
It is 9pm on a Sunday and as a female I can’t even comfortably go into the bank to withdrawal or deposit money as there are ALWAYS homeless people sleeping at the entrance of this branch. This branch is in a good neighborhood so it’s ridiculous to walk into having to step over 3 grown homeless men as soon as you enter the bank. They need to place security in here overnight as it is a safety hazard for people in an establishment you are leaving or entering funds with. This is all the time after hours so beware.
Can’t get hold of them ever
Unable to perform most services here. Lack of knowledge.
The worst service ever. Greenpoint brunch never pick up the phone.
