Can’t get hold of them ever
Unable to perform most services here. Lack of knowledge.
The worst service ever. Greenpoint brunch never pick up the phone.
Removing my business from this bank as soon as possible. Bank representatives don’t even have access to your credit card accounts if you don’t have checking with them. The banker had to call customer service to access them and the customer service representative just did the usual spiel of what they are “supposed” to respond with to certain requests. No one could give me any reasonable explanation breaking down why they couldn’t provide help to my request and just shut me down offering no further help or support. Terrible cu... read more
