The staff is very friendly and helpful. They’re working extremely hard to handle a sensitive issue for me. They have incredible persistence and dedication to their craft. I admire Denisse Choez and supervisor Rimma. They are the best!
Tellers are all amazing, however the actual bank location and its management are really disorganized and disrespectful to their clients. can someone explain why for over 2 years already the ATM machines do not accept check deposits?? why is no-one taking care of it?? why does a bank on 13th Ave. close before 4 P.M. you should be open at least until 5:00!
