The manager was very nice she took her time to help me with situation and never was she frustrated or had a attitude great bank

The employees present are very nice however the AC was out on a 90 degree weather day June 30, 2025. Only 2 tellers were working after 10 minutes it was 1 teller. Unacceptable, customers should not have to wait 25 minutes for transactions. This NEVER happens at CITI on 1 Broadway. I should not have to wait until I get to Manhattan to go to the bank.
The worst customer service experience in my life Really how these people are in business it behoves me. Smh
