I was robbed at the ATM located inside this Citibank branch during business hours in the afternoon. No security was present, and staff failed to notice the blatantly obvious situation: a tall young man, face covered with sunglasses and a mask, was hovering over me while I used the ATM. Not knowing if he was armed, I followed safety protocols, cooperating while attempting to discreetly attract attention through exaggerated gestures and loud speech. Helpful. I needed some help with some bills that I was trying to get. The ATM kept giving me old bills and I needed them new cuz I’ll be traveling (and I’ll need them to change currency) and Anabel helped me out getting them all. Thanks 🧡
Closes at 4pm but also tellers are on lunch break during the time most people can leave work to bank before 4pm. So is it a lottery when I'm able to use the bank? Horrible
Terrible disappointment. I am across the middle of this bank for over 30 years. Today customer service was unacceptable. The teller was I really unprofessional and super rude. I was counting money and she said I have a line behind you. I told her please give me a one minute. I’m gonna finish i and she play with a loud voice - no I don’t have this minute.. after this kind of experience I was thinking i want to close my account and move it to another bank with a better service
