Oscar the VP of this branch has ZERO experience about his field! I came in to open up 2 business checking accounts and Mr.Oscar was walking around doing other things while i sat in his office for 2 hours for absolutely no reason! My accounts were not OPENED, and no help from this representative at all!
The branch is amazing the bank itself sucks.
This branch has improved, a lot. Upgrading. Original review: Slow as molasses, understaffed, usually one clerk, and he’s half asleep.
