CAN SOMEONE ANSWER THE PHONE? I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR THE LAST 2 DAYS AND THE DON'T ANSWER.
This branch has the most useless employees. Firs they never answer phones . So went thru the 800 and ask the employee at the 800 number if they branch offer temporary check and the 800 said yes and put me thru the branch. Spoke to Camilla and she says no I informed her the 800 number said they do . She said no and would not check with anybody else. If I could give under 1 star I would. Was denied cashing a check I was sent by a Citibank customer. The check was drawn on Citibank. Every other bank in America cashed their own checks. The worst branch manger and customer service ever. I even called corporate Citibank and they said the check should be cashed and he still refused and sat the phone down and walked out so he could continue eating his lunch.
