I didn’t have a great experience with the teller, Hoang Nhu Y Le (Mimi). She seemed angry for some reason, and the way she handed over my transaction receipt was quite rude. I’d recommend some HR or customer service training for her to ensure better service for your long-term clients.
They aren't very good at explaining things to people who are not well versed in finance. They just assume you know these things and look slightly annoyed if you indicate you would like more information than they are already providing.
I am a life long Customer and while waiting for my appointment they didn't let me use the restroom, that's ridiculous, they make you wait an hour and don't even let you use a restroom.
